In order to place an order on madestickers.com, you must accept these Terms of Purchase and confirm that you have read and approved the information about our handling of your personal data.
When you receive a written order confirmation from madestickers.com to the email address you provide when ordering, you enter a binding purchase agreement with MADE. We ask you to read the order confirmation carefully to revise important information about your purchase and delivery times. When you place an order on madestickers.com, you must be aware that this entails the obligation to pay for the goods you order. You have the opportunity to cancel your order and receive a full refund until you receive a written order confirmation from us.

When you order an item on madestickers.se, you have the opportunity to choose from several available delivery methods. The delivery methods available for your particular order are displayed in the shopping cart when you place your order. Delivery is carried out by our transport partners and their subcontractors (Fraktbolaget). It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that the address and contact details you provide at the time of ordering are correct.
Delivery costs are stated in the shopping cart at the time you place your order. (For delivery within Sweden, they are SEK 99, and for delivery outside Sweden, €12). Delivery costs are also given in the written order confirmation you receive after your order.
The delivery time for your order is stated in the order confirmation. We always do everything we can to deliver your order as fast as possible. Normal delivery time within Sweden is approximately one (1) week, with the exception of the high season (March-May) when in individual cases it can take up to two (2) weeks for orders placed in the webshop to be delivered. If the delivery time is to be longer than what is stated in the order confirmation, we will notify you as soon as we received information about the delay. MADE is not responsible for delays caused by you as customer or other third parties, as these are beyond our control.

When you receive a delivery, you must always check the goods for in-transit damage. Any damage to goods or packaging or missing items must be noted on the carrier's consignment note and signed by both you and the carrier. You must then report the damage or missing items immediately to the shipping company's customer service. If you discover damage or missing items after unpacking, you must notify the shipping company's customer service within seven calendar days of receiving the goods (including the day of delivery).
According to current legislation on distance and home sales, in the event that you purchase goods on madestickers.com not covered by the above exceptions, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. This means that if you change your mind, you have the right to return an item without giving any reasons. As long as you don’t handle the product more than necessary, you have the right to examine the product's properties and function during those 14 days. If the product has been handled to a greater extent than is deemed necessary, MADE is entitled to compensation for the reduction in its value. When you exercise your right to return an item, you must pay for the return shipping.
To return an item, complete the following returns form and send it to us at email@example.com within 14 days of the day on which you received the item. Then, send the item back to us within another 14 days of the day on which we receive your form. If you need help or further information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds are made according to the refund method you select when we receive and approve your return. The amount refunded will be the entire order amount minus return shipping costs and any fee for depreciation in the item’s value.
According to Swedish law, when you buy an item on madestickers.com, you have three years' right to make a complaint. This means that you can complain about defects in your product that were present at the time of purchase but which may only appear later. Faults caused by user negligence, accidents or the like are not the responsibility of MADE. If you want to exercise your right to complain about a defective item, you must notify email@example.com as soon as you discover the fault. The complaint must be made within a reasonable period of time after you notice the error or can reasonably be expected to have noticed the error.
When we receive your complaint, we make an assessment of the product based on current legislation. If after such assessment the product is deemed to be defective, we will compensate you in accordance with current consumer legislation. If it is not deemed to be defective, MADE has the right to reject the complaint. If your complaint is approved, MADE must cover the costs of returning the item to you, while in the event of your complaint being rejected, you must pay return shipping costs.
If you think a product you bought from us is defective and we don’t agree with you, we have a dispute. To have this dispute adjudicated, you can contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. MADE will participate in the dispute resolution process and follow ARN's recommendations.
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms of Purchase shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and adjudicated in a general court.
Amendments to the Terms of purchase
MADE reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Purchase on an ongoing basis. Updates to the Terms of Purchase are published on madestickers.com and apply to all purchases made after the update.
