  • How do I track my order?

    • When your order is shipped from us, a delivery notice will be sent to your e-mail with information about the freight forwarder, mode of transport and shipping number. You can use the shipping number to track delivery from the freight forwarder's website.
  • I have not receved my order?

    Primarily use your shipping number to search for the package on the freight forwarder's website. If the package has not been sent from us, please contact us on info@madestickers.com

  • Can I change or complete my order?

    It is possible to change or complete your order until the time the order is started for production. Therefore, it is not possible to change your order as soon as it is in production. Please contact us immediately by email if you want to change or complete your order.

  • Do you have a different invoice or delivery address?

    Adding an extra address for delivery is easily done at checkout in connection with purchase. Unfortunately, for your safety, we cannot change the delivery address afterwards as this is a risk of fraud.

  • Delivery method and time

    The delivery time can vary depending on your country, address and shipping company. Normally, the delivery time is 3-5 days from received orders with the exception of high season (March to May).

  • Can you send the goods to my country?

    Yes, we ship our grahickits, numberkits and extras all over the world.

  • Can I return a product?

    Most of our products are manufactured to order, therefore by law we do not accept returns. Products that we do not manufacture to order are subject to the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act. We have a 14 day return policy on products that are not adapted to our own choices.

  • Damaged goods

    Review the package at the time of delivery. If the package has a visible damage, please contact the delivery point directly. Otherwise directly to us.

  • How do I deprecode myself on your newsletters?

    We don't want you to receive emails that you don't want, so in every email we send, we've included a "Unsubscribe" button that you'll find at the bottom of our emails. You can of course contact us as well and we will help you with the deregistration. Emails connected to your order, such as order confirmation and return confirmation, or follow-up emails will not be deregistered.

  • How does payments work?

    When you order in our e-commerce, you can pay through: Direct payment, card, partial payment or invoice at different payment methods via Adyen.

  • What payment methods do you support?

    We offer the most popular and secure payment options for your country such as Klarna, Swish, Sofort, Vipps, Stripe, Mobile pay, Appel pay, Trustly, Paypal, Card via Mastercard and visa etc. We use an international payment exchange called Adyen that collects all our payment methods. So when you buy from us, you don't have to think about which country in the EU you shop from, or outside the EU. We will have a payment method that suits you.

  • How can I be your ambassador?

    We are always excited to see more pictures and videos of riders using our products. Do you want to be one of our ambassadors? Feel free to contact us via the contact form and tell us more about how you think and what social platforms you use (e.g. Instagram, Facebook/, Snapchat, youtube), and we will talk further.

  • Sustainable material?

    We only use the highest quality materials. Our decals are always hard tested by our sponsored riders and the teams. All decals wear out over time. How much they wear depends on how many factors such as how often you drive, your driving style and how you care for your motorcycle. It is important to apply the decals to the plastic correctly to maximize durability.

  • Retailer?

    We work with a wide range of retailers. As a reseller at Made, you get your own login with your own prices where you can easily order your decals. If you want to become a reseller with us, you need to meet our requirements. Contact us for more information.

  • How do I contact you?

    If you have any questions, please contact us directly via the contact form and we will get back to you immediately.

  • How discounts work?

    A discount code is easily used at checkout in connection with the purchase. In case of approved discount, the amount changes automatically and you can complete your purchase.
